Manu’s Tacos are guisado street tacos! Expect meats braised low-and-slow until they are falling-apart tender, popped on double corn tortillas with unctuous toppings and sauces. You’ll find such meaty favorites like chicken tingas, Manu’s signature puerco asado, and house-made chorizo with potatoes.

We aren’t leaving you out, vegetarians. Check out our stewed black beans and cotija tacos,¬†two cheese quesadillas, and our mushroom rajas with mushrooms and roasted poblano peppers. As a nod to chef-owner Manu’s early days in Austin, his special queso dip served with stewed black beans, salsa, and a drizzle of chimichurri is also a menu staple.

Gluten-free or dairy-free? We’ve got you. All our tortillas are corn and we can leave out the queso on your order.

Visit us at our street window by day and inside the Flatstick Pub in the evenings, where you can enjoy our tacos with beers and a few rounds of mini-golf.
